Duties:
- Lead business requirements definition to successful completion, including discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test plans, and training plans
- Collaborate closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams
- Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop detailed product and internet system requirements
- Manage all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing
- Serve as the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team
- Identify and assist in developing additional business opportunities within current clients
- Apply delivery methodology standards in solution creation, aligning with client tactical plans and goals
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions for implementation
- Oversee business-to-system knowledge management and support overall system design from user interface to backend processes
- Work effectively within a team-based environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software asset management SAM
- 5+ years of expertise in interpreting software license agreements and entitlements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Proven ability to think critically and analyze complex scenarios within the SAM environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Experience with Flexera/FlexNet preferred
- IAITAM certifications preferred
