Duties:
- Manage mass loads into multiple HR systems using EIBs Enterprise Interface Builders and data loader tools to ensure accurate data transfer and integrity
- Conduct thorough 11 validations of data identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy across various datasets
- Perform data quality validations confirming that all employees are accounted for in the employee planning system and addressing any discrepancies identified
- Ensure that all validation processes and data handling practices comply with Sarbanes-Oxley SOX regulations maintaining documentation and audit trails as required
- Utilize Tableau prep and excel for data manipulation analysis and validation processes Write scripts to automate routine validation tasks and improve efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data flows and ensure comprehensive data processes
- Document validation processes findings and methodologies to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance validation processes and contribute to the development of best practices in data quality assurance
- Experience with Workday and EIBs
- Experience with data visualization tools particularly Tableau Prep Builder and advanced Excel skills including formulas pivot tables and data analysis functions
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
