Duties:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leads to understand customer hierarchies, account structures, parent-child relationships of customer accounts and work on various customer models
- Diagnose, optimize, and fix performance issues, data quality problems, and failed ETL processes in production environments
- Know the hierarchy in customer master and how its used in the process
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with customer master data conversion using SSIS and SQL Server , with at least 2 major migration projects in the last 3 years
- Experience in designing and implementing real-time customer master data synchronization process between legacy and new ERP
- Direct experience migrating customer data between ERP systems, preferably in construction, roofing, or related industries
- Proven track record troubleshooting and resolving ETL production issues independently
- Understanding of other technologies like informatica , Azure data factory, python
- Experience designing and implementing ETL solutions using SSIS for bulk loading and processing very large datasets
- Expert-level ability to design, develop, and optimize ETL packages using both SSIS and Informatica for complex data migration scenarios
- Advanced SQL Server scripting skills with ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries, stored procedures, and functions using T-SQL
- Strong Python programming skills with experience integrating various APIs for data extraction and transformation
- Expertise in comprehensive source-to-target mapping and data profiling techniques to ensure data quality and integrity
- Experience developing ETL processes that efficiently handle very large datasets with optimized bulk loading techniques
