Duties:
- Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
- Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow
- Develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component integration tests
- Configure and Code within the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows and catalog items as a part of an agile team working from stories and defects
- Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
- Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency
- Participate in architecture, design and code reviews
- Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation
- Analyze systems specifications and design, develop, modify, and install highly complex and customized software
- Participate in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve problems
- Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Experience in one or more scripting languages such as: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
- Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery and ServiceNow API integration with other external modules
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools
- Experience with Team Foundation Server
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM - preferred
- SNOW Certified Administrator - preferred
- ITIL certification - preferred
- Able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
